War crimes like this are always done by the loser, just like fouls in sports are done by the losing team, and vote-rigging is done by the loser party in elections. Since the winners have no need for anything underhanded.

I suspect Ukraine firing ballistic missiles like this at civilian population centers wont be on any other news any time soon, and probably the youtube channel of this journalist wont be around for much longer either.. he should look at hosting these elsewhere.
