The only explanation is that both Russia and Ukraine want the nazi's gone (mutual enemy of both)... and they want the Deep State gone.

Larp the war... Democrats in the U.S. give Ukraine $14 Billion in aid for their trouble... and Russia has free reign to take out the Nazis and clean out the illegal bio-labs.
