Based on recent posts on reddit in the r/volunteerForUkraine, where similar sentiments have been shared. Add to that, the on the ground reporting from channels like ASBMilitary and IntelSlavaZ, who have covered the Russian strike on the foreign training base and reported that hundreds of people would have been killed. Watching those video clips again confirms that they had no radar cover and the devastation did not look like just a couple dozen dead.
When you add all this, you will get a narrative thats closer to the truth and what this guy is saying fits in with it.

I believe that the volunteers got blasted, but not 100% that this dude is legit.
