Looks like cancel culture to me both for Americans and the tribes.

If I was native I would use the fireworks and tourists as an opportunity to promote the culture and concerns of the native tribes.

The articles doesnt give specific complaints but said it could possibly offend.... but it could possibly promote and educate as well. Cancelling the event I think is a missed opportunity.
