Well, we came from ancestors that believed blood letting was the cure for whatever ails you, and most people believed “the experts” on this topic. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Apparently people have a history of following the narrative and believing what they’re told if it’s coming from some one who is perceived to be in a position of power and w/ supposed expertise on a particular subject. No one remembers “the old crazy science” once the “new science” is established by the same people that got it wrong in the first place. 🙄
