You start by reading all of the Q posts yourself. Do not take a summary from anyone. You have to read and figure out on your own. THAT is what Q is.

Q-Anons are NOT Q, they are simply people online theorizing about Q posts.

People might say something which you'd then need to verify yourself and that might lead you somewhere, but the point of all this is for the individual to discover the truth and help to point others in the same direction using FACTS.
