I am not sure I’m using the right words, but when you press the trigger the gun can move involuntarily. In the video it look like he is shooting lower than where the bullet hits. Maybe it’s a quick upward jerk of the gun, to quick for video to record.

Just trying to make sense of it, I have no doubt they would kill her for political gain, they have killes others without hesitating. But I’m still hoping she will turn out to be alive, good plot twist.
