I read it as a threat that they are in the crosshairs. Pertinent considering that these people own fleets of private jets and that Q states how (5 out of 7? IIRC) plane crashes are not accidental.

"Go ahead and escape on your plane. And let's see if you land." Imagine all of these people flying knowing that they could crash at any moment.
