I think that's the general idea that is emerging, that the Pentagon and Defense Dept created C-19 in bioweapon labs like the ones in Ukraine and then released it in Wuhan.
I remember China making that exact accusation about six months into the pandemic, but it didn't get any traction.
C-19 has been identified in blood samples in Italy from September 2019. Wuhan was not the primary release, but concentrated there to cover up.
Remember there were several “strains” — Italy, US etc, before there were variants? It appeared in several locations, typed to target specific populations.
The general concept I recall seeing in Feb 2020 before everything blew up was that Chinese had been infected and traveled worldwide for Chinese New Year, spreading to many other countries.
