Kolomoisky/Burisma and the CIA appear to have collaborated in Ukraine crimes against humanity. Oligarchs and the Deep State are intertwined.

Oligarchs are people who seize money from the government during privatization and thus financially benefit from the conversion from state assets to fascist privately owned assets.

Facebook/Lifelog/Zuckerberg, Microsoft/vaccines/Bill Gates, Google et al and others based on government assets are examples of government assets being put toward the profits of a supposedly private individual and his companies. Trudeau and Acuitas Therapeutics which makes a mRNA vaccine component is another example.
