It means that yes, the weak minded or those that have no idea whats really going may be shocked into physical symptoms but I think it also means something else. When people find out the absolute truth, as in there is not one iota of doubt, they are going to be raving mad. I mean beyond angry. People will wake up in degrees, at different rates even with absolute proof. I can literally see people going off on each other. On those they think may be involved. On those that are waking up slower and denying. This can turn into one huge mess. I can see riots. Cities burning. The places reserved for those "in power" being destroyed by simple tools and bare hands. Its going to get ugly folks.
