I see headlines like:
DWAC Stock Forecast: DWAC Rises 5%, back above $70, Will it Breach $90 this week? (03/22)
Digital World Acquisition Corp Is Ripe for Profit-Taking as the SPAC Date Approaches (4d ago)
Seems optimistic, but not sure what it all means.
Isn't it really just a game where we only have illusion that real world events control price.
Welcome to the game. I'll summarize briefly. Large hedge funds have been abusing some vestigial organs of the financial system in order to manipulate stock prices. People are waking up to this and are taking active steps against it. We're identifying where the hedge funds are overleveraged, and we're banking on margin calls. When they're forced to close their short positions, share prices of these overleveraged positions will skyrocket. Last I checked, DWAC was short sold by about 55%. That's huge. Years ago, Volkswagen experienced a short squeeze with significantly lower short interest.
I'm sitting on 75 shares of DWAC and holding. Once the Android version launches, we should see another surge in price. This is a company that could easily hit $200/share on a fundamental valuation. If we see a short squeeze, it could go higher. Be patient. It could take years to see a return.
Thanks. At least give me hope I'm not like to open the paper and see the headline that DWAC just became worthless.
I have around 350 shares. I'm holding on until the end.
Agreed and well said. We have another buy opportunity right now. Waiting until Friday afternoon.
