Yes, I am absolutely sure about my timing (I may only off by a day or 2) as it is very close to my birthday. I was driving thru San Diego on the 19th when it happened. I would not forget, and if it was a month later I would not have found it odd the building had been buried. I was 100% expecting to see the bombed building "No one applauded, no one cheered that day," because no one was there! THAT IS NOT THE DAY IT HAPPENED!
