How bad do you think it really is?

Are we talking: the world is run by pedos bad?

Pedos who are cannibals bad? Adrenochrome?

Or like, they're summoning the demon god Moloch through CERN and getting technology by offering human sacrifices bad?

Mental hospital or medical? I always figured what Q meant was either it’s so crazy people will have a mental breakdown, or the truth will show we’ve all been poisoned and the cure will be offered at some point, thus the truth sends us to the hospital. Perhaps it’s both.
