I saw someone call it a corporate state not a US Corp. Not sure if the difference matters.

It's not it's a private company ,it's listed on the Securities and exchanges commission in the U.S. The crown was removed unbeknownst to the people. Really the only law here is based on the Magna Carta but try tell that to the numbskulls that haven't done the research regarding the constitution.
But there are actual SEC filings for the country to be a US Corp. Sure on paper it looks like it's part of the British Commonwealth, but if it's a us Corp I think that may actually give way to it being under control of USA not the queen ultimately. In that case USA may technically have sovereignty over Australia
