A cheap herb that seems to work really for me is Ashwaganda. Put like 1/4 teaspoon in with coffee or tea in the morning. (Coffee is bad for anxiety though) The Ashwaganda lowers cortisol levels and increases sperm count/testosterone also. I have a stressful job and could really tell a difference when I started taking it.
