They landed at Litinsko, then took off again and immediately switched off their transponders.

Oh no, this is not good. No reason for F15s to be turning off their transponders unless on a mission....who is CiC ? Anyone know? It can't be Biden, if we trust the plan. Is it Pompeo? I read somewhere re: devolution about the chain of command (CoC) in continuity of govmt (CoG)...etc.
