And it should disqualify any/all family members of elected officials, especially the POTUS. That's INCLUDING Ivanka Trump, who has her WEF "Young Global Leaders" graduate status (2015) proudly displayed in her White House bio page as "Advisor to the President":

I'm going with "infiltrated" - IMO, Putin is certainly not a believer in the WEF. My guess is he wanted to see what they were planning.
