HYPOTHETICAL ON PEDO-SOFT SCOTUS NOMINEE JACKSON

If SCOTUS nominee Jackson is voted in and appointed as the next Supreme Court Justice and if Biden is found to have stolen the election, wouldn't Jackson's appointment after-the fact as a sitting Justice be null and void, too? Thoughts, Comments?

0bama was a fraud also, therefore Kagen and Sotomayer would be packing their bags as well.

There is a good chance John Roberts is guilty of several naughty activities so that opens up at least a 3rd seat.
