"spiritual stargate" is an oxymoron. spirit can be known by and through spirit.
experimenting with matter and exploring its energies is not "spiritual." to think so is to dabble in mysticism. and those who yield to mystical beliefs open themselves to the dark entities in the occult world. but it is not the machine that brings this about.
