"In what turned out to be a late-night marathon, the Kansas Senate barely passed, 21 to 16, a bill known as the Off-Label Drug Bill just before 1:30 am."
... barely passed... 21 to 16... that's 56% to 43%...
Anyhow, as a KS resident I hope this passes. Not sure how Gov. Kelly will respond, but she seems to be fairly moderate.
I always click on your posts, Taffy, because they're always really good, relevant information. And often things that nobody else has found.
Let's hope the Kansas gov signs it into law. There is a similar bill pending in NH.
So whatever happens in KS, the momentum is building, Hopefully there are or will be more such bills in other states. These are the only two I am aware of so far, but maybe there are others..

Thank you for the compliment, and I'm thrilled to learn that what I post is meaningful to others.
Saying a prayer that this bill becomes a law in Kansas.
Should be over the counter.
Why do they need to pass a bill to allow a medicine that has been in use for decades?
To circumvent the medical system, which has ruled it unacceptable.
