I answered my own question. It was Blue Canary on Twitter. Who I think is banned currently.

Nope, if Blue Canary was banned, Threadreader App would no longer show those tweets, which is why it's important to archive those threads.

Also threader is also an archiver. Iv still been able to access threads from threader from nuked accounts. Unless I'm mistaken. I'm pretty sure...
