This is fantastic. Mocking city councils is so much more effective than trying to present truth in a 3 minute time slot. These council members should be trolled and recorded everywhere they go. They shouldn't be allowed to walk the streets without being called out for their crimes against citizens.

Serve them with surety bond claims everywhere they go.
