Alright so today I got a message from a from a friend of mine she knows that lives in CA, she told me he's being gangstalked by some DS goons when she told me and asked for an explanation it's a long story but from what I know is this person might have been a victim of some MKUltra stuff not too certain myself. But judging from the situation and the video he showed her which forwarded to me, I saw these two in video following him and they look real shady. Basically at this point going to the police I imagine would be useless, it seems military would be the only way to solve the problem. Is there anything that could be done if this guy is under threat from them?
