Lots of things aren't supposed to happen. It doesn't mean they aren't. There was a reason that SCOTUS didn't take up these cases right away. It's because it wasn't the right time. For them to know that, they must know what's really going on, or at least more than we know.
How is that any better than what the leftists are doing to destroy our country? The branches are supposed to be completely separate. Supreme Court should never operate in secret.
