Found it. Chris rock joked about jada being bald. “Looking forward to seeing you in hi Jane 2”

Replay shows will smith laughed at the joke but jada did not. Jada is bald. Might be a medical condition.

Weirdly it looks like will smith is smiling after slapping Chris rock. Then when seated has the rude comments “keep my wife’s name out of your f’ing mouth!”
