When the Pedo is proven to be an illegitimate President, will his SCOTUS pick be taken off bench ,, if she's confirmed ?

I was just wondering ! At the very least the real President would need to put her back for a new hearing and a new vote correct ? I would think if he was illegal that his choice for SCOTUS would be as well ! Everything he has done should be voided/ thrown out since he really didn't have the authority as President . Am I off on this thought?
