Oil wells and refineries are two very different things and are usually at two different sites. You don't refine where you drill. You drill, then pipe it to a refinery. The headline implies sabotage of the oil wells. That didn't happen.
Refinery accidents happen. Apparently this one was contained within an hour, likely due to safety mechanisms that worked as designed and limited the extent of the accident. The article is very light on details, likely since it happened on the weekend and no one has had time to do a proper investigation and figure out what happened.
Let's not jump to conclusions without facts. Correlation does not equal causation.
