Take a look at the news helicopter footage. The so-called parents are going through the firehouse and pouring out the back door, walking up the driveway to the front and back into the firehouse, over and over again. Real parents would be crushing the barricades to get as close to the school as possible if their kids were still in the school and they had no idea if they were safe or worse.
What dumpster? The one behind the firehouse where all the people were milling around or walking into and out of the firehouse? Not a single person in that parking lot had their attention focused on the school.
The police report also stated the times the children were evacuated from the school, but strangely enough, the cop car cam facing the school entrance never showed that. It did, however, capture the cops using the hood of the car to set up their snacks and drinks...in the middle of a school shooting.
The food and water isn't seen on the dash cams until about 12:30pm. The shooting was over at point. The investigation had begun. At Columbine the Red Cross and local business brought food and water for people.
When did I say anything about "cops running into the school"? I've never seen any video footage of kids being evacuated from the school, just the one still photo.
"By the time the news helicopters got there, the shooting was over." No kidding, Captain Obvious, the shooting was over when the cops arrived, too. Still doesn't explain the bizarre behavior of the people walking around and in and out the firehouse.

And if parents tried to do that, cops would stop them. There were parents in the lot, hiding behind a dumpster. Read the cops statements.

If you read officer Chapman's statement, he said he saw two women behind a dumpster near the school and told them to stay put.

By the time the news helicopters got there, the shooting was over. So, that footage wasn't going to show cops running into the school.
The dash cams are discussed here.
