Patrick Lancaster has been reporting from the Donbas war for 8 years, he's in Mariupol, and it appears this is from his video report posted yesterday.

The source of the reporting is critical in sorting through the fog of war. Patrick is interviewing refugees from Mariupol, and he asks for their name and to say where they are (they usually give street address) to verify their authenticity.
