I don't know. The entire prison barge thing seems like misdirection to me. Why would they not be able to process everyone through the new facilities that Trump built at Guantánamo Bay? Millions and millions of dollars have been spent on brand-new facilities. They should be able to process thousands. I guess maybe they need to process 10's of thousands. I don't know.
