Good info for those unaware of the "conspiracy theory". There's also the theory that the "Titanic" that sank, wasn't actually the Titanic, but her sister ship, the Olympic.The fact that Robert Ballard was sent in to find a sunk Navy sub, back in the 80's, and "just happened to be in the area" where Titanic sank so he could be the first to discover her is a red flag. Moreso they could scrub the crime scene, IMO.
I happened to come across a site dedicated to disproving these theories a while back. They went into great length to dissuade the reader from believing the "dumb conspiracy" but never explained WHY the theory could, in fact, be real.
