His ex-wife Demi Moore sure seemed to be a Monarch/MKULTRA person who was operating in a way consistent with that life.

Here she is full out making out with a 15 year old boy at a party. They get her out of that mode by playing 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow'.

As I recall, he wasn't a random kid at the party. He was an actor in a production that they were both in.

She did seem high. But I don't think this was all to the story.
