How To Divide The People:
Step1: create problems in community A
Step 2: create problems in community B
Step 3: get group A and B to hate eachother and blame the other for their problems
Step 4: create more problems for both group A and B
I can also observe that an apple is destroyed by some local insects, but I did not see the plan made for the orchard, and the measures taken to stop insects from eating the yield. Do I blame the apple?
In your example, it would be the insects that caused the issue that then needed to be remedied, or understood. You don't blame the victim, in this instance, the apple.
You can wax philosophically until the cows come home, go over the who / what / where / when / why of the issue, understand it, know how it came to be...
you blame whoever planted the orchard without a plan to stop insects from ruining the crop. Racial tension is why there's a push for 'diversity' in the first place. Then more division as some races subdivide on how to handle this new problem-that's-a-strength.
The push for diversity is a tactic used to destabilize a culture. Its crazy how people on this site can spend hours looking at a rabbit hole involving money laundering between governments involving trafficked humans, and then turn around and say "racial tension is why theres a push for diversity".
There is racial tension bc it was manufactured and put there after JFK's assassination. Planned out, and orchestrated as a long term plan, the racial tension was set to cause division amongst the masses, while we headed into a "reset" type of situation for the world order to seize final control.
