At some point warp speed will be explained. I don't think it had anything to do with the vaccine. I think it was to accelerate their depop, great reset, marxist plans so that people could wake up before it could be fully implemented. The water may be too hot for the frogs getting thrown in. The may start to jump out. Let's hope.
