When you strip away hopium and confirmation bias, the source (Q) has just enough evidence and credibility to suggest there may be something to it all, but almost everything is still left in the dark with little evidence that things will fully work out and no timetable for them to work out in. This little bit is what makes trying to follow it all so compelling.
I'm in almost exactly the same boat. I'm intensely skeptical of Q, but I can't rule him out with the apparent predictions made. But, then, I find myself wondering if he's like Nostradamus. Is he vague enough that you can read just about anything into him?
