If you have the right vantage point, it is possible to see a round one. They are intrinsically circular because water drops are spheres and therefore project their prism in a circle. On the ground, we can only see a part, an arch.

A round one. That's interesting.
A round one is called a glory, not to be confused with a halo effect around the sun or moon which is also called a glory. You'd have to be in a plane at a proper angle to the storm to see even most of the circle.
