Reedy creek conservation district is the soft spot of Disney. This is what allows them to do whatever they want on that land. From building permits, to ride inspection, to health inspection, to fire, ems, trash collection, but they were not allowed to have there own police force. Take this away and Disney's autonomy is gone!
