The use of the term "Some" could mean anything. Given how the media lies, "Some" could technically mean as few as 0. 0 is still some amount.
If they are leaving just because of this, then it stands to reason that they only became educators to indoctrinate/groom kids. That should be concerning to any reasonable person.
However, I tend to think given the wording used, it's pure rhetoric and they are just trying to rile up their non-existent support base. I doubt almost anyone is going to quit over this.
However, after the bill passes, they need to make sure to enforce it. I can see some activists ignoring it and trying to teach the students whatever they want anyways. That's far more likely to happen than them quitting over this bill.
Fun Fact: In Canada, we had a federal bill passed that is in some ways the opposite of this. It states that you cannot so much as discuss anything with a child that is in support of them being straight or their genetic gender. It has an explicit exception written into it that states that discussing a child being LGBTQ or trans is not forbidden by this bill. They put that exception in because the LGBTQ community would not support it if that exception was not there. It was supposed to cover "Conversion therapy" and "Conversion therapy camps" but it is so far reaching, that it covers as far as a parents talking to their child in favour of the topic. What it means is that teachers or other adults can legally try to convert your child to LGBTQ or trans but you as a parent are legally forbidden from speaking to your child in opposition of what those adults have told them.
Two things about this:

Canada is a shithole
Change my view
Politically, it's getting really bad in Canada.
