So does saying 'the cats pajamas' but that was common slang 100 years ago. Lexicon evolves it doesnt just spontaneously appear. The phrase 'new world order' grew organically and took on a new meaning just like 'woke' has. Sometimes weird shit is just weird shit not a sinister conspiracy
