Currently I am recovering from spinal fusion back surgery which was March 18th. I am trying like crazy to follow Dr restrictions on what I should and should not be doing. Lifting no more than fifteen pounds, is difficult as I want to hold my grandbabies but have been following, bending however is proving very difficult. How do you retrain a 53 yr old brain to suddenly Not do things you have done your entire life? I have been warned that this is my final stop before a wheelchair which is a terrifying thought. Please pray for me, still quite a bit if pain but am improving quickly and nearly off the painkillers and back to my CBD and Ibuprofen 800mg and muscle relaxer only. Desperately wanting to quickly eliminate anything potentially addicting.

come up with a catchy mantra which you repeat to yourself a thousand times a day.
stay very straight, and then i will feel great. stay very straight, and then i will feel great. stay very straight, and then i will feel great.
What’s a mantra
Something you repeat every time you need to remember to do something. Like when you walk to the store and repeat the things you need to buy so you don't forget
Mmm, k
A pagan way to pray to yourself
don't be stupid
I’ll try not to, lol
Goes both ways. 3 fingers pointing back at you...
I guess that’s why I am unfamiliar. I belong to Jesus.
