Good points, but I wouldn't go so far as to take what is conceivable for fact, not that I'm saying you do––understand––I'm just making my own point about it as a general thing. A lot of harm can come of doing that. History is littered with the bodies of people who were victims of someone else's assumptions.

Personally I would differentiate between hybrids made through copulation with fallen angels, who would have had to appear in some form of flesh to make that happen, and offspring that is the result of human copulation, regardless of whatever spiritual oppression might be imposed on the child through an evil ritual. My understanding from talking to liberated victims of this is that they were all conceived by human parents, who were paying particular attention to their genetic blood lines. Some of them were "breeders" who were forced to bare children for sacrifice, but a human man was always the father. It didn't sound to me like the devil was looking to produce hybrid creatures to abuse in their rituals. It sounded to me like he wanted bona fide humans to destroy, perhaps with an embedded program for putting together the right genes to create his final antichrist. In any case, the hybrid offspring of those angels were all giants––big ones. I don't see any of those around, only their bones, which you can't see because the Smithsonian takes them to hide away every time they are found. The people presently escaping satanic ritual abuse are all pretty regular sizes for a human.

It is notable that Jesus did say it would be as it was in the days of Noah when He returns. You cannot really make any inferences beyond the idea that people will be going on with their daily lives and get caught by surprise, which was Jesus' entire point; but I concede that sometimes there is more to learn that what appears at face value. I do not believe, however, as some do, that we are quite there yet. I think there will be a Great Awakening first, in which humanity will be able to make real choices they haven't been able to make, knowing nothing else but the matrix of lies they were born into, and I think that state of liberation will last quite a while before it begins to deteriorate again and God finally wraps everything up.

But who knows? Maybe the devil is forgetting what God did to the angels who copulated with humans before and will try again. Or maybe he is looking for that perfect genetic combination that will produce his final antichrist. If the latter is the case, and it fails from patriots destroying the program, the devil would have no choice but to rely on science to splice his antichrist together in a lab. It seems plausible to me that this person will not be entirely human because as far as I know, he is the only individual identified in the Bible as being a beast. That term is usually used to refer to empires in prophecy, not individuals, except in this one case. It's telling that all the ones who want to take over the world are also pushing to fundamentally change humans into something else. It is the devil's dream to corrupt the creatures made in God's image, so it is the dream of those who worship him. I do not think they will succeed at this time with their plans because all their plans are ruined already and about to collapse. They're just scrabbling now to salvage what they can, or else they are so lost in their own conceit that they don't see how hopeless is is for them to continue.
