Romney and Murkowski have both announced they'll vote for her. If all the Dems vote for her (and Manchin said he will), those would probably be enough to put her over the top if the full Senate was available, but I think a couple of them aren't available -- illness and such, so not sure of the numbers.
What makes you think that, we hold the majority and there are one or two independents. You may be absolutely correct, I’m just trying to find out why you feel that way.
Deadlock was in committee, which means it now goes to full Senate for moving forward.
Thank goodness her brother-in-law, Paul retired because that would have been a guaranteed Republican vote.
So, if we hold the majority and there are one or two independents, who do you think will vote for her on the Republicans side?
I know one here in SC Lindsey Graham said he is a no. It kind of surprised me because he voted her in her current position, and he is so fickle.

No. VP only breaks a tie on a full Senate vote. This vote was not full Senate, just a committee.
She’ll get confirmed.

Republicans do not have a majority in the Senate.
Two RINOs already said they’d vote for her. Don’t be surprised to see a 60-40 outcome.
