If the earth is flat, does that change anything right now

It changes very little, but the very little it changes are extremely important. For example, what if there were somewhere else to go?

Agreed, amongst other "organizations". "Flat earthers" are a heavily advertised (i.e. funded) psyop. However, the purpose of that psyop is to prevent any earnest discussion or evaluation of the subject (by kookifying / well poisoning).
