Is there a copy of the handwritten letter anywhere? It seems as if "...hand printed letter dated 826/94 BEGINNING "Dear Sen. Biden: You are a traitor...," is not nearly enough for us to go on here. If it actually was from Jr, there must have been a bunch of stuff after that that they wouldn't want to include in a report.
