BUt the earf is flat tho right? I work in medical (engineer designing new devices and now i support clinical trial for one of them). Its so bizarre to see colleagues in the matrix. I mean we literally do research and are at a leading edge on tech (although not the most edgey, usually that works done / proof of concepted prior to, but nonetheless pretty involved).

It is more correct/accurate to say that the world is not spherical, and that that is a scientifically incompatible shape for it.
