Has anybody had any luck finding a way around companies who require weekly testing for unvaccinated employees? I had no problems getting a religious exemption approved but I don't really feel comfortable being subject to weekly testing.

I did -- I went straight to the EO/TIX office. Stated that not only do I not know what's in the tests (which could be against my religion), it's clearly discrimination, and the definition of "fully vaccinated" continues to change. So why am I being targeted for an unspecified amount of time? I specifically used the words "discrimination" and "harassment".
Finally, I gave them recent articles showing that various tests, regardless of being EUA-only, have been reported to Poison Control. Several of these tests are being used once, sometimes twice a day, by folks and they are reporting poisoning by chemicals found in the tests.
It took about a week and half of deliberation, but the entire state's testing mandate was magically lifted after I met with EO/TIX.
To add: some of this policy-navigation requires playing their game, at least partially. I went to their EO/TIX website and made sure my request was framed exactly as they requested. Much like any legal process, if even a punctuation is out of place, lawyer-types can find an arbitrary reason to reject your request.
