So... magnetic non-Newtonian fluid? I'm not up to speed on materials science but to me this seems a little... old hat?

All technology can be used for good, and for evil. Let's not fool ourselves however, this is the base substance for an eventual Terminator 2000.

{edit} the title is misleading. This version of the material is not really a robot. It's just a slime with magnets in it that can be remote controlled. But I see nothing that would prevent it from having more advanced robotic properties.
