I think so. Running theory is that every "i'm + for covid" is a signal to say "i'm ready for the narrative to shift"

Garland was Attorney General, he took over from bill barr (guy in qdrops). barr is starting to come back up again. bill barr convinced DJT to not fire mueller. muller was succeeded by comey. basically, they're all related
