These are not the cases from which to judge the bankruptcy of the US, there are threads on both from last year.
The one on the left is about a run-of-the-mill company that was called the "United States Corporation Company" simply because it was a business that helped people form ... United States corporations. That's all it ever was. It was finally owned by some big conglomerate that went chapter 11 and people use the old Tallahassee filings as if this private business had something to do with the government. There are lots of these insta-corp businesses still out there with crazy names like the Company Company.
The one on the right was a guy named Roger Moore who figured his obviously dilatory filings would have more weight if he put Trump's signature at the bottom. There are also tons of these crank filings in various cases every year.
The fact is that whatever legal forms may or may not exist for the reorg during Reconstruction and afterward, the law does not concern itself with trifles and the "US" entity will continue to assert its existence even as it racks up the highest debt figure ever in history (unless you count hyperinflation). The only way of breaking the extant "US" entity that traces itself to the Constitution for the United States will be by a superior white-hat power that dismantles the accretions since then. Whether or not that happens our job as Americans is to uphold that Constitution, under the Lord in whose year 1787 it was submitted. It's possible that individual Americans declining to pay income taxes may amount to a movement but its effectiveness requires great coordination and thus some white-hat sponsor. All our true remedies are in God's law and most flow through that Constitution.
I recommend Creature from Jekyll Island for the history of how we got here and why the central banks think they control the show, and trust that we will get relief from the current narrative soon. Then we can get around to addressing issues with the next narrative ....
